Defining User Personas

Through our research, we had been able to develop user personas for the intended parties. The producers (owners/managers of luxury living centers) provide these services while the consumers (elderly citizens and their adult children) consume these services.

We must note that there are different levels of consumers here. The users of these services (elderly citizens) are distinctly different from the decision makers (the adult children). Any product or service must aim to satisfy both the categories of customers, while allowing the providers to make sufficient margins and encourage new entrants into the market.
